Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide accurate information about our products and services while guiding customers in making informed decisions.

The primary responsibilities include: Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries.
Responding accurately and promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Escalating complex issues to higher authorities when necessary and following up on their resolutions.
Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduation (freshers are welcome) or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally and empathetically.
Willingness to work rotational day shifts with rotational week-offs.

Languages Required:Proficiency in English and Hindi.
