Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, and rural customers to promote HDFC Banks agricultural products.
  
• Drive business growth by sourcing agri loans, KCC (Kisan Credit Card), and other retail agri products.
  
• Ensure smooth processing of loan applications, documentation, and disbursement in compliance with bank policies.
  
• Provide financial advisory to customers on suitable agri-products, credit facilities, and banking solutions.
  
• Achieve business targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and relationship management skills

Knowledge of agriculture finance products and rural banking

Basic understanding of credit, risk assessment, and documentation
