Key Responsibilities

Renewals & Follow-ups

• Handle

  insurance policy renewals

  for Motor and Non-Motor insurance.
• Share renewal

  quotations

  with customers 
• Regular

  follow-up with clients

  to ensure timely renewal closures.
• Track renewal due dates and avoid policy lapses.

Policy Servicing

• Manage

  policy booking

  for new and renewal cases.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance.
• Handle

  endorsements

  (name change, vehicle details, sum insured, add-ons, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy in policy documents and endorsements.

Insurance Coverage

• Motor Insurance (Private Car, Two-Wheeler, Commercial Vehicle)
• Health Insurance
• Group Medical Cover (GMC)
• Life Insurance
• Travel Insurance
• Other General Insurance products as required

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with insurers, internal teams, and customers.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, renewals, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
• Support claims coordination if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (Insurance/Finance background preferred)
• Experience in

  Motor Insurance & General Insurance

• Knowledge of

  renewals, endorsements, and policy booking

• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work on multiple renewals simultaneously
• Familiarity with insurer portals is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in an insurance brokerage or agency
• Strong customer handling skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
