1. Scientific Content Development

  • Develop accurate, engaging, and scientifically sound content tailored for healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content aligns with clinical evidence, therapy guidelines, product positioning, and brand strategy.

2. End-to-End Asset Creation (BTL & ATL)

BTL Materials:

  • Brochures, Leave-Behind Leaflets (LBLs)
  • Product dossiers and clinical evidence summaries
  • Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs)/e-Detailers
  • Detailing aids, PowerPoint decks (for internal training & HCP presentations)
  • Infographics, standees, posters for on-ground activation
  • Social media content for awareness, product campaigns, and scientific engagement

ATL Materials (as applicable):

  • Support with scientifically compliant messaging and claims for advertisements (print and digital)

3. Regulatory and Medical Review Support

  • Ensure all materials comply with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) standards – both local and global.
  • Collaborate with MLR teams to incorporate feedback and finalize compliant deliverables.
  • Familiarity with

    Veeva Vault

    for MLR review and approval workflows is an added advantage.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, creative, and design, to ensure message alignment.
  • Attend brand meetings and campaign discussions to align communication with brand strategy.
  • Manage content development timelines and delivery schedules across multiple brands/projects.

5. Scientific Storytelling & Message Framing

  • Translate complex scientific data into clear, accessible messaging tailored for diverse audiences (HCPs, field force, patients).
  • Develop core claims, taglines, and campaign messaging based on product USPs and scientific evidence.

6. Quality Control & Final Checks

  • Perform quality checks to ensure scientific accuracy, grammatical correctness, visual alignment, and brand consistency.


Core Skills

  • Strong scientific communication and storytelling skills
  • Excellent command of English grammar; familiarity with style guides
  • Experience in medico-marketing and content creation for in-clinic, omnichannel, and CME materials
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email
  • Familiarity with

    Veeva Vault

    for content management, MLR submissions, and review workflows
  • Understanding of clinical research principles and ability to interpret clinical data
  • Strong brief interpretation and content structuring abilities
