Job Description

We are looking for energetic and people Oriented Professional to Identify, engage, and onboard ophthalmologists across Tamil Nadu. This role is Vital in building a strong eye care team across our Hospitals, Vision centers and outreach Initiatives

Role & responsibilities

Identify & Connect: -
Map & Identify Ophthalmologists across Tamil Nadu through networking, Market research & Intelligence.
Build Relationships: -
Develop and maintain strong, Long term connections with Eye care professionals to support network growth.
Recruitment & Referrals: -
Drive Recruitment efforts, manage doctor referrals, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Documentation & Compliance: -
Maintain Accurate and confidential record ensure all recruitment activities align with ethical and professional standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Communication and relationship building skills
Detailed-Oriented, Organized and efficient Multitasker
Proactive, ethical, and results-drive approach
Bachelors Degree in Pharma, Healthcare Management, Optometry or related field
Experience in Healthcare recruitment, Medical Liaison or Sales (Eye care preferred)
