Key Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion:

    Meet doctors, pharmacists, and distributors to promote prescription and OTC products with clear product knowledge.
  • Territory Management:

    Strategically plan and cover assigned territories, ensuring market presence and competitive intelligence.
  • Sales Growth:

    Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through consistent relationship-building and follow-up.
  • Training & Mentorship:

    Train newly joined MRs in product knowledge, sales pitch, objection handling, and reporting methods.
  • Data & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate daily call reports, doctor lists, order tracking, and performance summaries.
  • Market Expansion:

    Identify new business opportunities, track competitor activity, and provide feedback for marketing campaigns.
  • Medical Education Support:

    Organize doctor meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education sessions), and product awareness drives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business

    preferred.
  • 1–3 years of pharma or healthcare sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and teaching others.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel/CRM) and mobile-based field tracking.
  • Experience in marketing pharmaceutical or healthcare products is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
