🩺 About the Role We are seeking energetic, disciplined, and persuasive Medical Sales Representatives who will be the face of our brand to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions. This role goes far beyond selling—it’s about creating trust, educating healthcare professionals, and representing the scientific credibility of our products. You’ll manage your own territory, design outreach strategies, and work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. As a senior-level MR, you’ll also have the opportunity to train, mentor, and lead new team members to build a strong sales network under your supervision. 🚀 Key Responsibilities Product Promotion: Meet doctors, pharmacists, and distributors to promote prescription and OTC products with clear product knowledge. Territory Management: Strategically plan and cover assigned territories, ensuring market presence and competitive intelligence. Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through consistent relationship-building and follow-up. Training & Mentorship: Train newly joined MRs in product knowledge, sales pitch, objection handling, and reporting methods. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily call reports, doctor lists, order tracking, and performance summaries. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, track competitor activity, and provide feedback for marketing campaigns. Medical Education Support: Organize doctor meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education sessions), and product awareness drives. 🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business preferred. 1–3 years of pharma or healthcare sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and teaching others. Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel/CRM) and mobile-based field tracking.
