Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing strategic key accounts, developing business plans, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Analytical Skills and Business Planning
• Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
• Strong Customer Service capabilities and relationship management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
