1. Primarily responsible for developing medical representatives, managing the program objectives, identifying program concerns and needs and maintaining company standards.
2. Conduct regular schedule of individual field visits, coaching and written communications.
3. Surpass the sales target in each territory through efficient planning.
4. Guides the medical representatives in the attainment of the program’s objectives and maintains a high degree of morale and sense of accomplishment within the group.
5. Developing and managing effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability
6. Analysing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly
