Role Overview
We are looking for a medical education marketing professional with strong experience in promoting healthcare, medical, or academic learning programs. The role combines strategic marketing, scientific communication, institutional outreach, and event-led engagement to support the India launch of a world-leading medical learning platform.Key Responsibilities1. Medical Education MarketingCreate positioning and campaigns targeted at medical colleges, universities, hospitals, and healthcare academies.Build full-funnel marketing plans: awareness → interest → institutional adoption.Translate scientific/medical content into high-impact academic communication.2. Institutional CommunicationDraft professional communication for Deans, Professors, Directors of Medical Education, and Academic Committees.Develop pitch decks, brochures, program one-pagers, orientation material, and academic briefs.3. Digital MarketingManage targeted LinkedIn/Google outreach for academic leaders and medical faculty.Build landing pages, email automation, and nurture journeys.Interpret analytics and optimize for high-quality institutional leads.4. Content Creation (Scientific + Educational)Produce thought-leadership articles, case studies, program narratives, and institutional success stories.Script faculty videos, webinar communication, and academic event content.Write with accuracy, credibility, and scientific clarity.5. Events & Medical Education OutreachSupport medical education roundtables, academic leadership conclaves, faculty sessions, and student launches.Manage event collaterals, run-of-show, briefing notes, PR communication, and post-event reports.6. Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with partnerships, sales, institutional relations, and academic teams.Ensure communication consistency across teams and stakeholders.7. Reporting & Process ManagementMaintain dashboards, campaign trackers, and performance reports.Manage the content repository and ensure version control, approvals, and documentation.Ideal Candidate Profile4 –6 years in medical education marketing, scientific communication, EdTech (healthcare), or healthcare L&D.Experience working with medical colleges, hospitals, faculty, medical students, or health sciences programs.Strong written communication skills; ability to write academic/scientific content.Hands-on experience in digital campaigns, institutional outreach, and academic events.Understands the ecosystem of medical education, competency-based learning, faculty training, and curriculum models.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet high-quality global communication standards.Why This Role is High-ImpactYou will help introduce a globally recognized medical learning content to India.You will engage directly with India’s leading medical universities, faculty, and academic leaders.You will shape communication that influences thousands of medical learners.About Yangpoo:We are a global strategy consulting & partnerships company representing leading IVY league universities with collaborations & business development.www.yangpoo.com
