  • Dubai – Transit Media Exclusivity

    Through SB Mobility Media LLC, we hold the exclusive 5-year rights from Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) to manage bus and transit media. This includes bus exteriors, shelters, stations, and MUPIs, making us a leading player in transit advertising across the UAE.
  • India – Entertainment & Content Integrations

    Expanding into the world’s largest film and OTT markets, we are establishing our Mumbai-based operations focused on in-film brand integrations, OTT partnerships, and branded entertainment solutions. Supported by our AI-driven placement and analytics platform, we connect brands with audiences through story-driven content integrations that deliver measurable impact.



About the Role



We are looking for a results-driven Media Buying & Planning Specialist with proven expertise in OOH media buying and exposure to other formats such as print, TV, radio, digital, or cinema. The candidate must have worked with media agencies or media owners/platforms, with strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing high-value media deals. This role will be instrumental in bridging traditional media buying expertise with innovative in-film and OTT brand integration opportunities.



Responsibilities



  • Plan and execute media buying strategies with a focus on OOH, while leveraging knowledge of other media formats (TV, print, radio, digital, cinema).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media vendors, and platform owners.
  • Collaborate with the sales and partnerships team to package OOH and cross-media offerings with in-film and OTT integrations.
  • Negotiate optimal rates, value-adds, and deliverables to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging media opportunities.
  • Develop pricing benchmarks, market intelligence, and supplier evaluations.
  • Provide campaign performance reports and actionable insights using analytics tools.



Qualifications



  • 7–12 years of experience in media buying & planning with a strong foundation in OOH; exposure to other media formats is essential.
  • Background in media agencies (buying/planning teams) or media owners/platforms.
  • Strong vendor and agency network in the Indian media ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets, negotiate competitive rates, and secure value-added opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a startup environment.
