Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion and Media Specialist located in Sadar. The Motion and Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and editing visual content, developing engaging multimedia content, conducting research on media trends, and utilizing creative storytelling techniques. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with the marketing team to align media content with the overall marketing strategy and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content, including reels, interviews, podcasts, product features, and campaign visuals.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, on-brand stories with the right pacing, music, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Handle end-to-end video production from ideation and pre-production to filming, editing and post.
• Develop visual concepts for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), TVCs, short films, web
• series, and other platforms
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align edits with brand voice and performance goals
• Stay updated with platforms, trends, editing styles, and consumer content behavior.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates with prior experience in media, creative agencies, or podcast production.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Adobe Suite
• Skilled in motion graphics, audio mixing & editing for retention/conversion.
• Basic knowledge of pre-production practices.
• Creative, self-driven & collaborative with strong storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools/ideas.
