Role Overview: As a Senior Manager / Associate Director in the Outdoor (OOH) Media Buying & Planning Specialist role at SkyBlue Media Group, you will be part of an international media company with operations in Malaysia, Dubai, and India. With a focus on creating impactful brand experiences across diverse media platforms, you will play a key role in planning and executing media buying strategies with a strong emphasis on OOH while exploring other media formats such as TV, print, radio, digital, and cinema. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging traditional media buying with innovative in-film and OTT brand integration opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute media buying strategies with a primary focus on OOH media, utilizing knowledge of other media formats. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media vendors, and platform owners. - Collaborate with the sales and partnerships team to create comprehensive offerings that combine OOH with in-film and OTT integrations. - Negotiate competitive rates, value-adds, and deliverables to ensure maximum ROI for clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities. - Develop pricing benchmarks, market intelligence, and supplier evaluations. - Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools. Qualifications & Skills: - You should possess 7-12 years of experience in media buying & planning, with a strong foundation in OOH and exposure to other media formats. - Previous background in media agencies (buying/planning teams) or media owners/platforms is essential. - A robust vendor and agency network within the Indian media ecosystem. - Demonstrated ability to manage significant budgets, negotiate competitive rates, and secure value-added opportunities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required. - An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the flexibility to thrive in a startup environment would be advantageous.,
