3+ years of experience in media planning, buying, brand campaigns, and performance analytics
We're looking for a hands-on media lead who knows how to place the right message, in the right format, in the right place and make sure it gets seen and remembered.

What you'll Own:

- Leading end-to-end media strategy across platforms Instagram, YouTube, OTT, programmatic, and emerging.

- Crafting and executing sharp, insight-driven brand media campaigns (non-performance, upper-funnel, awareness-building).

- Collaborating closely with our Creative and Growth teams to ensure media and messaging sing in harmony.

- Owning media buying directly or through partner agencies across video, static, influencer, and branded content formats.

- Tracking, optimising, and reporting campaign impact with precision (because what gets measured etc).

Must Have:

- Prior experience in brand media planning and execution (agency or brand side).

- Ability to distil a creative or business brief into a tight, impactful media plan.

- Strong understanding of digital media formats, targeting, and placements across Meta, YouTube, OTT, etc

- Budget ownership and accountability mindset you're comfortable spending every rupee like it s your own.

Good to Have:

- Experience scaling D2C or challenger brands.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or any OTT ad platforms.

- Passion for content and storytelling you get excited by a great hook and a killer placement.

- Curiosity for performance media (though this isn t a performance marketing role).
