Job Summary

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and easy to use
Conduct user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and layout across platforms
Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise applications
Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Motion design or micro-interactions experience
