Media Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be the Business Analyst for the Media domain, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Clients and technical teams. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in product designing, implementation, and demonstrating expertise in the Media domain. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in product designing, implementation, and demonstrating expertise in the Media domain. - Gather requirements, conduct gap assessment, prepare functional documentation, and manage product backlog. - Work on solution building, pre-sales activities, RFPs, and RFIs specific to the Media & Advertising domain. - Participate in UAT, RFPs, RFIs, and prospect meetings, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders. - Prepare client business cases, requirement understanding documents, and support projects throughout the development life cycle. - Build competitive proposals that include solutioning of Adtech and MarTech ecosystems. - Demonstrate extensive functional knowledge of managed products and projects, serving as the functional SPOC for assigned activities. - Proactively identify and address risks, collaborate with technical teams, and manage critical situations effectively. - Translate requirements into relevant documents such as Functional Specifications Reports, Use Cases, and High-Level Sequence Diagrams. - Engage with stakeholders, provide timely project/product status reports, and focus on process improvement. Qualifications Required: - Over 7 years of work experience with a strong understanding of the Media & Advertising industry, including MarTech, AdTech, Publishing, and Entertainment. - Proficiency in different tools and platforms used in advertising, publishing, and digital marketing ecosystems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business needs and create business requirement documentation. - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Impact Analysis. - Proactive learning approach and focus on continuous improvement.,
