We are looking for a Mechanical Service Engineer who has a strong mechanical foundation, a problem-solving attitude, and the willingness to work in the field to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our machinery at client sites.

Role Summary:

The Mechanical Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of crushing and screening machinery at customer locations. This role requires sound mechanical knowledge, on-site adaptability, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should come from an engineering background, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, and be open to frequent travel to client sites across India.

Key Responsibilities:1. Equipment Installation & Commissioning:

• Supervise and execute the installation of crushers, conveyors, feeders, and washing systems at customer sites.
• Ensure mechanical alignment and proper assembly of all components.
• Perform system trials and ensure machine performance as per specifications.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose issues related to mechanical wear, vibration, or assembly.
• Replace or repair damaged components in coordination with the service team.
• Maintain service reports and provide technical feedback to the design and production departments.

3. Customer Support & Coordination:

• Provide on-site technical support and training to customer operators.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by ensuring timely service and communication.
• Coordinate with the internal service coordinator for scheduling, spares, and documentation.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare detailed service reports after every visit.
• Maintain proper records of site work, spare usage, and customer feedback.
• Support warranty claim documentation and technical evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Experience: 0–3 years in field service, installation, or mechanical maintenance (Freshers with strong mechanical knowledge are welcome).
• Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding of mechanical assembly, alignment, and power transmission systems.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, bearings, lubrication, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and identify components.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in field environments.
