Mechanical Service Engineer

As a member of Vidhaatri Technologies, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and analyzing complex issues related to automation and non-automated material handling equipment. Your role will involve ensuring uninterrupted performance of the equipment/solution, making recommendations for upgrades and preventative maintenance, and promoting spare parts through service quotes and AMCs. You will also schedule warranty and post-warranty requirements and assist clients over distance calls to provide customer support. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing spares quotes and service quotes to generate revenue from the existing client base. Qualifications: - ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or Certified Technicians in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Experience in material handling equipment driven by hydraulic systems and electrical control panels - Familiarity with pallet trucks, electric stackers, forklift trucks, dock levelers, and conveyors - Exposure to industrial automation is an added advantage - Knowledge of hydraulics, electricals, HMI, and PLC systems - Minimum of one year experience for entry-level positions, 3 to 4 years for senior positions About Vidhaatri Technologies: Vidhaatri Technologies is a well-known brand specializing in the integration, design, and manufacturing of automation and non-automated material handling equipment.
