Job Description

We are hiring Mechanical Service Engineers for our operations across the North Zone . The selected candidates will be responsible for on-site support, servicing, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth functioning of our industrial machinery at customer locations. Key Responsibilities: Perform site visits to attend installation, maintenance, or service issues. Diagnose mechanical problems and coordinate solutions on-site. Provide technical assistance to customers during equipment breakdowns. Maintain service records and prepare visit reports. Coordinate with internal teams for part replacements or escalations. Ensure safety and proper functioning of equipment post-service. Build strong customer relationships through professional support. Key Skills: Mechanical knowledge Field service experience (added advantage) Problem-solving skills Willingness to travel extensively across North India Good communication and interpersonal skills Eligibility: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Freshers welcome; training will be provided Must be willing to relocate or travel in North India Benefits: Travel, food, and accommodation expenses covered by the company during site visits Opportunity for on-field learning and technical growth Allowances and incentives for outstation work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
