About the Role

To support manufacturing function to maintain continuity in production by maintaining and improving machine maintenance activity.

• Keeping our production floor humming by maintaining CNC, grinding, welding, and general-purpose machines.
• Managing scheduled and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Handling utilities like air compressors, DG sets, water pumps, and air conditioners.
• Leading technical teams and supervising labor with confidence.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Collaborating across departments and with external service providers.
• Reporting and documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What You Bring:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7–8 years of experience, or
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4–5 years of experience.
• Solid background in engineering, automotive, or auto ancillary industries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, ISO standards, 5S methodology, and quality management.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system with staggered weekly offs.
