Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all mechanical maintenance, installation, and engineering operations of the recycling plant.
• Ensure smooth running of equipment including shredders, washing lines, dryers, extrusion, SSP units, and utilities.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of machinery during breakdowns.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure plant reliability and efficiency.
• Implement cost-effective maintenance practices while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain inventory of critical spares, consumables, and coordinate procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement in machine performance, energy efficiency, and process optimization.
• Lead and mentor the mechanical maintenance team for skill development and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• 6-15 years of experience

  in mechanical maintenance, preferably in

  PET recycling / plastics / process industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of PET recycling machinery, extrusion, and utilities.
• Experience in handling preventive/predictive maintenance systems.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
