Role Description

You will also be responsible for ensuring that materials are utilized effectively, work is executed as per specifications, and production timelines are strictly followed. Identifying potential challenges, suggesting solutions, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards will be a core part of your daily responsibilities.

In addition to technical responsibilities, the Floor / Site Engineer must maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, material tracking, quality checklists, and fabrication records. You will also be required to support project planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, remain detail-oriented, and demonstrate a problem-solving mindset while handling multiple tasks across the site.

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in fabrication, engineering, or structural execution roles 
• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design
• Understanding of Project Management and ability to manage timelines and deliverables
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
