Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications: BE/BTech - Mechanical. Minimum Experience required is 10- 15 years in design development, and management / SPMs / Sheet-metal and Structural Fabrication field. Should able to lead a team for electro-mechanical product design. Well versed with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., Auto CAD, ProE, CREO, Solid Works or other). Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Hands On experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools. Possesses strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Lean Design methodologies to optimize product development and production efficiency. Expert in Mathematical computing and analytical tools. Good Creativity and Strong analytical Responsibilities: Perform a full cycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement). Conduct experiments methodically, analyses data and interprets results. Should be to Test and evaluate theoretical designs. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems. Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety. Alter and modify design with approach of product flexibility keeping in mind quality deliverables and non-compromise product specifications. Prepare product reports and documentation.
