Mechanical Design Engineer

We at Spintly India Private Limited are looking for a Mechanical design and Development

Engineer to join our team at our Goa Location.

Job Description:

• Perform a full lifecycle product development - design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement.
• Design or model components that meet Product requirements
• Good knowledge of Vacuum casting, Injection moulding, soft moulding and other related processes.
• Produce outline designs and renders and concepts.
• Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and fitment.
• Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.
• Improving existing products as per quality standards.
• Prepare product defect reports and communicate with vendors on improvements.
• Vendor Identification and communication regarding various mechanical tools and accessories
• Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods
• Good knowledge /awareness regarding product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., Solid works, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, other)

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years. (Freshers Welcome)
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• Curiosity to learn and positive attitude
