Job Description: HMC Operator Company: Gearlinc System Website: www.gearlinc.co.in Location: Changodar Experience: 2 - 3 years Salary: INR 30,000 to 35000 per month Role & Responsibilities: Primary Duties: Operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) using Fanuc controllers for efficient and precise production. Perform setup and programming of HMC machines to meet production requirements. Maintain strict quality standards throughout the machining process. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance. Adjust machine parameters to achieve accurate outputs, while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety. Keep detailed records of programming, machine settings, and production runs for documentation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Programming and Setup: Develop, implement, and adjust machine programs using Fanuc controllers. Set up HMC machines for various production tasks, ensuring all configurations are correct and meet specified requirements. Operation and Monitoring: Operate HMC machines, continuously monitor production processes, and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on HMC machines, identify issues promptly, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on machined products to ensure they meet the required standards. Make process adjustments as needed to correct deviations. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of machine programming, setup parameters, and production runs. Report on operational metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
