Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MBSE Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, specifically in Capgemini Technology Services India Limited.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions.
Develop and maintain complex system models using MBSE tools and techniques.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of system models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on MBSE best practices.
Participate in the development of new MBSE processes and standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
Experience working with Capgemini Technology Services India Limited or similar companies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MBSE tools and techniques is an asset.
