Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions. Administer treatments and medications as required. Monitor vital signs and assess patient responses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Assist in the development of quality improvement initiatives. Conduct regular rounds to evaluate patient conditions. Implement infection control measures. Supervise the admission and discharge processes of ICU patients. Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions. Engage in continuous professional development activities. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. DA/BAMS qualification is preferable. Minimum 3 years of experience in ICU settings. Proven ability to manage critically ill patients. Strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare staff. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Compassionate and patient-centric approach. Strong leadership skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
