About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales conversion.
Engage customers with product information, offers, and benefits.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome).
Skills Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, sales aptitude with strong persuasion & negotiation ability, target-driven and result-oriented approach, fluency in English required for International Telesales.
Work Experience: Freshers & candidates with telesales / BPO / inside sales background preferred.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA (depending on client & experience) + Unlimited Incentives.
Location: Delhi NCR (Gurgaon & Noida).
Shifts: Day / Rotational (as per process & client requirements).
