Job Title: Martech Transformation – Senior Manager (Strategy & Consulting) Experience: 12+ Years Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad Practice Area: Strategy & Consulting – Marketing Transformation Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Consulting team, focusing on Marketing and Advertising Technology (MarTech/AdTech) transformation. You will work with global clients across industries to solve complex customer-facing challenges and enable seamless marketing experiences that drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Conduct MarTech and AdTech capability assessments and provide strategic recommendations to optimize existing technology stacks. Design solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and transformation strategies tailored to client needs. Lead business requirement gathering, process design, and implementation of MarTech/AdTech solutions. Evaluate and recommend MarTech/AdTech platforms; stay informed of trends, tools, and industry innovations. Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement integrations (including API-based) between tools and platforms. Provide expertise on compliance topics such as CCPA and GDPR within digital marketing ecosystems. Drive large-scale program delivery across marketing strategy, campaign management, and technology deployment. Manage and mentor a team of platform specialists, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and ongoing development. Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and thought leadership within the MarTech space. Desired Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising processes, technologies, and data integration. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with tools like: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform AdTech platforms (DMPs, DSPs, SSPs), CDPs, tag management tools (Tealium, GTM), Firebase, Appsflyer Data platforms and cloud technologies for warehousing and ETL Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Ads Data Hub, etc.) Experience in omnichannel campaign management, real-time personalization, and attribution modeling. Proven track record in delivering end-to-end MarTech transformations across industries (e.g., E-commerce, Telecom, BFSI, CPG, Healthcare). Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities, including experience with C-level stakeholders. Ability to navigate fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environments. Leadership & Consulting Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with strategic alignment. Experience in scoping and budgeting marketing technology engagements. Ability to coach and lead diverse teams, driving high performance and accountability. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to deliver data-driven insights and solutions. Understanding of vendor management, governance frameworks, and legal/regulatory implications in MarTech/AdTech implementations. Education & Preferred Background: MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Technology. 12+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or technology consulting roles. Industry exposure in sectors such as Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods is desirable. Why Join Us?
