Marketplace Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketplace Manager who can take full ownership of Sockscarving’s presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. You will be responsible for developing marketplace strategies, optimizing listings, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decisions and competitive analysis. Important: Candidates must have a good understanding of the Sockscarving brand, our product range, target audience, and brand values to effectively represent us online. 🛒 Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management Manage listings and storefronts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces. Ensure product titles, descriptions, pricing, and visuals align with Sockscarving’s brand identity and are accurate and engaging. Keep listings updated with current stock, discounts, and promotions. Advertising & Promotions Plan and execute advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms. Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Launch marketplace-specific promotions to boost sales and visibility. Sales & Analytics Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze trends. Use data to improve listing quality and campaign effectiveness. Identify new opportunities for growth based on market and customer behavior. Inventory & Operations Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to maintain stock levels and fulfillment. Monitor returns and customer issues to ensure smooth marketplace operations. Update product availability and listings according to stock status. Customer Engagement Respond to customer queries and reviews promptly to maintain a positive brand image. Address customer concerns effectively to maintain high satisfaction. Gather and use customer feedback to improve product listings and service quality. 🎯 Skills & Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar tools Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and marketplace algorithms Proficient with analytics tools such as Excel or Google Sheets Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Detail-oriented and capable of working independently Must be passionate about and knowledgeable of Sockscarving’s brand, products, and audience Interest in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brands is a plus* Show more Show less
