Sales Marketing Executive

We are hiring a target-driven Sales Representative with a success-oriented mindset to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching to new customers via calls, WhatsApp, and social media, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and professionally representing our brand with clarity, integrity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, WhatsApp.
• Explain product features, benefits, and USPs clearly and effectively
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries to close deals
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools with basic as well as proficiency in MS Excel.
• Represent the brand on social media ( Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook).
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, understanding, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
• Proficient in modern sales strategies
• Experienced in conversion-driven sales approaches
• Independent and proactive
