Sales Marketing Executive

As a Sales Marketing Executive located in Vasai Virar, your role will involve focusing on B2B business development in the color cosmetics industry, specifically UV gel nail polish. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and expand market presence. - Identifying and engaging new B2B clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers. - Conducting market research to stay updated on global color cosmetics trends, competitor brands, and consumer preferences. - Driving B2B sales, negotiating deals, and securing long-term business partnerships. You will also be responsible for: - Working closely with the factory team to oversee sampling, production, and dispatch processes. - Coordinating with shipping agencies to track and manage order deliveries efficiently. - Preparing and analyzing monthly MIS sales reports to measure performance and improve strategies. - Representing the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings. In order to excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong understanding of color cosmetics brands, market spaces, and emerging trends. - Experience in shade matching and product development within the UV gel nail polish or color cosmetics industry. - Ability to provide insights on brand positioning, packaging, and product differentiation. You should also have the following skills and qualifications: - Excellent communication & negotiation skills to engage with both domestic clients. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Creative and strategic mindset to drive product positioning in competitive markets. Ideally, you should have a graduate degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field) and 2 to 5 years of experience in the color cosmetics / packaging industry.,
