JD for Marketing Executive To increase the school's visibility and enrolment by planning and executing ATL and BTL marketing activities , and by building strong partnerships with preschools, residential societies, and community organizations . The role focuses on outdoor marketing, brand promotion, and lead generation for admissions. Key Responsibilities: 1. ATL (Above the Line) Marketing Plan and execute ATL campaigns such as newspaper ads, radio promotions, and outdoor hoardings. Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for creative development and placement. Ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all ATL platforms. 2. BTL (Below the Line) Marketing & Outdoor Promotions Organize school promotion drives, roadshows, kiosks, and community engagement activities. Conduct school presentations and awareness sessions in preschools and residential societies/towers .
