Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Department (HOD) Chemistry Teacher based in Mumbai. The HOD Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for overseeing the Chemistry department, planning and delivering effective lesson plans, and teaching students at various academic levels. The role also involves evaluating student performance, developing curricula, and implementing innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning. Additionally, the teacher will provide support to other faculty members and engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chemistry Education and Physics
• Experience of 5 years in Lesson Planning and Teaching
• Strong Communication skills
• Leadership and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field
• Relevant teaching certification/license
• Experience in educational administration or departmental leadership is a plus
• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students
