• Drive student admissions by generating and converting leads
• Conduct

  regular visits to preschools, feeder schools, and residential towers

• Engage with parents, counselors, and school administrators to promote admissions
• Explain curriculum, facilities, teaching methodology, and value proposition to parents
• Handle admission inquiries, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and closures
• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Execute

  on-ground marketing activities

  such as roadshows, stalls, banners, flyers, and presentations
• Coordinate school promotion activities at preschools and residential communities
• Support open houses, school tours, and admission events
• Build tie-ups with preschools, daycares, and activity centers
• Collect parent feedback, market trends, and competitor information
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging in all outreach activities

Candidate Preferred:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Degree/Diploma in Education, Marketing, or Management preferred
• 2 to 6yrs experience in Marketing for school or preschool will be preferred
