Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across Gujarat through retailer, distributor & modern trade channels.
• Build strong counter relationships and ensure effective visibility & brand placement.
• Execute monthly sales targets with dedication and ownership.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive on-ground activations.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of sales experience

  , preferably in

  Baby Care / FMCG / Personal Care

  .
• Strong

  counter knowledge

  and understanding of retail behaviour.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• High level of

  dedication, discipline, and commitment

  toward company goals.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
