Role: E-commerce Marketplace Manager Location: Gurugram, Sector-45. Budget: 15 LPA (Based on experience) Employment type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to lead growth and operations across key online platforms — with a special focus on Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) . This role is a critical part of our scale-up strategy, and requires someone who can hustle, problem-solve, and drive visibility, availability, and sales growth on fast-moving platforms. The ideal candidate has prior experience working on Q-Commerce accounts (either brand-side or platform-side), understands the levers that drive sales, and is both analytically sharp and execution-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Q-Commerce Strategy & Growth • Drive revenue and visibility on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart . • Own SKU assortment, pricing, and promotional planning for these platforms. • Liaise closely with category managers/platform POCs to push visibility, solve ops issues, and unlock growth opportunities. • Track SKU-level availability and take proactive steps to fix fill rates and stock-outs. Cross-Platform Marketplace Management • Support the team in growth and operations across Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, and Myntra . • Plan and execute sale events (pricing, stock planning, deals, creatives). • Monitor platform performance (sales, ads, visibility) and create weekly review reports. Coordination & Execution • Coordinate internally with supply chain, creative, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of listing updates, assets, and inventory movement. • Maintain healthy platform relationships through regular connects and proactive issue resolution. Analytics & Reporting • Build and maintain dashboards to track weekly/monthly sales, campaign ROIs, platform contribution, and availability metrics. • Conduct SKU-level deep dives to identify performance trends and growth opportunities. What We're Looking For Must-Haves: • 2–4 years of experience in managing marketplaces, ideally with hands-on Q-Commerce exposure. • Strong grasp of Q-Commerce platform mechanics — including assortment planning, platform ops, and visibility levers. • High ownership mindset and comfort in dealing with ambiguity or unstructured tasks. • Excellent interpersonal skills — able to build strong working relationships with platform teams. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with e-comm dashboards is a plus. Good-to-Have: • Past experience in a D2C brand (beauty, personal care, FMCG). • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Q-Commerce CMS. • Prior exposure to platform ads (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
