Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketo Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing marketing automation solutions using Marketo.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement marketing automation workflows using Marketo.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for marketing automation projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation platforms.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
Experience with database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED industry norms and standards is an added advantage.
