Role: Senior Adobe Marketo Developer

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune & Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Marketo Solution Architecture
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions within the Marketo platform, aligning with business goals and customer journeys.
• Interpret business requirements to architect advanced workflows, nurture streams, and campaign frameworks.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new Marketo features and integrations, ensuring best practices and future scalability.

Campaign Development & Execution

• Design and develop sophisticated, multi-touch email marketing programs, including A/B testing, dynamic content, triggered campaigns, and scoring models.
• Optimize lead lifecycle strategies, including lead management, segmentation, and automated nurturing.
• Collaborate with demand generation and marketing operations teams to execute integrated campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable results.

Integration & Data Management

• Develop and manage API integrations between Marketo and other core systems (CRM, analytics, data warehouses, etc.).
• Oversee synchronization with Salesforce (or other CRM platforms), ensuring seamless data flow and accurate attribution models.
• Champion data cleanliness, security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA), establishing protocols for ongoing data hygiene.
• Technical Leadership & Best Practices
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all things Marketo, providing technical mentorship to junior developers and the broader marketing team.
• Advise on marketing automation trends, emerging technologies, and process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and campaign assets for operational excellence and knowledge transfer.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using Marketo analytics and integrations to drive actionable insights.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and custom reports to inform stakeholders of marketing impact and ROI.
