Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the print and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies tailored to B2B packaging solutions and a passion for delivering innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote packaging and print solutions across B2B and B2C markets.
• Create and manage content for brochures, product catalogs, website, and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, and social media).
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Develop branding and visual identity materials in coordination with design teams.
• Handle client communication for marketing materials, product launches, and promotional items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the print, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
• Solid knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and content creation.
• Familiarity with packaging trends, materials, and printing processes (flexo, offset, digital, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• B2B marketing experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable or eco-friendly packaging trends.
• Experience in CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and sales teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
