Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support. Qualifications: Must have experience of minimum 3 years (Preferred):Degree in Electrical, Business, or related field. Proven sales experience in retail industry. Understanding of electrical products and services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Bengali and Hindi). Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
