6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for

creating presentations, reports, and data analysis.

7. Digital & AI-Powered Tools – Experience in developing social media content, marketing

materials, and leveraging AI tools for training and presentations.

8. Market & Competitive Intelligence – Experience in conducting market research, competitor

analysis, and pricing strategy assessments.

9. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination – Efficiently manage and escalate complaints to

relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
