    Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating presentations, reports, and data analysis.

  • Digital & AI-Powered Tools

    Experience in developing social media content, marketing materials, and leveraging AI tools for training and presentations.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence

    Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy assessments.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

    Efficiently manage and escalate complaints to relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

UG: B.B.A / B.M.S - Management

PG: MBA/PGDM (2 years) - Any Specialization
