Job Title: Marketing Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Trainee who will actively contribute to

planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across strategy, lead generation,

branding, events, content, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is eager to take ownership

of tasks, work independently when required, and grow into a full-fledged marketing professional

within a B2B and technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

● Participate in defining marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

● Develop components of quarterly and annual marketing plans, including KPIs and

budget inputs.

● Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic

decisions.

● Ensure marketing activities align with sales and business development objectives.

2. Lead Generation

● Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across digital, email, content, and

event channels.

● Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and track conversion metrics.

● Monitor campaign results and optimize lead-generation activities for better ROI.

3. Event Marketing

● Plan and coordinate marketing events such as webinars, expos, partner meets, and

workshops.

● Run targeted promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.

● Track event outcomes, measure ROI, and ensure follow-up lead capture.

4. Brand Building

● Strengthen and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.

● Support brand growth through storytelling, PR coordination, partnerships, and

thought-leadership initiatives.

● Monitor online and offline brand presence and implement improvements to enhance

visibility.

5. Content Marketing Strategy

● Assist in developing content marketing strategies for different audiences and channels.

● Get content developed for websites, landing pages, social media, and promotional

campaigns.

● Analyze content performance and support data-driven improvements.

● Research industry trends to contribute ideas for blogs, whitepapers, and

thought-leadership content.

6. Collateral Creation Assistance

● Assist in creating marketing materials including brochures, company profiles, decks, and

service overviews.

● Coordinate with internal creators and external vendors to ensure strong visual appeal

and brand accuracy.

7. Digital Marketing Strategy

● Work with the digital marketing team in planning digital marketing strategies across SEO,

SEM, social media, and email.

● Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop insights, reports, and optimization

recommendations.

● Track analytics dashboards and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

8. Marketing Automation & CRM

● Manage customer data using CRM tools.

● Build and manage workflows for lead nurturing and track the full customer journey.

● Maintain clean databases and ensure smooth integration of marketing and sales

activities.

Requirements

● MBA in Marketing.

● Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and digital marketing

fundamentals.

● Experience (internship or academic project) in B2B marketing is a plus.

● Ability to create and manage content, run campaigns, and coordinate events.

● Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Zoho, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite.

● Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

● High ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
