Partner with business consultants and pre-sales to define digital marketing strategies for client pitches and ongoing engagements
Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify insights that inform campaign strategies
Build performance-based marketing roadmaps and strategies across channels: SEO, SEM, social, content, email, influencer, and paid media
Translate business goals into marketing plans with clear KPIs, timelines, budgets, and channel mixes
Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure alignment of strategy with execution
Create strategic documentation like campaign frameworks, journey maps, media plans, and performance forecasts
Evaluate campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results to stakeholders
Stay current with marketing trends, tools, analytics, and emerging platforms to integrate into solutions
4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or brand planning
Proven success in architecting or leading multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of both performance and brand marketing
Excellent analytical and research skills
High-level proficiency in marketing funnels, data interpretation, and consumer behavior
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, content, media, and design teams
Experience in a digital/creative agency or consulting environment
Familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
Basic understanding of UI/UX, CRM, and automation platforms
Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing frameworks
