Role Description

SEO & Paid Marketing Specialist

e-commerce marketing

-SEO & Paid Marketing

• Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages, product listings, and blog content for visibility.
• Collaborate with the web team on site structure, meta tags, and internal linking.
• Monitor SEO performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.

-Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across

  Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Manage budgets, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Map and optimize user journeys—from acquisition to retention.
• Set up pixel, Gtag.
• Must have experience for running ads for ecommerce industry
• Must have experience in app marketing with tools like Clevertap (Others might also work).
• Google Tag Manager experience is a plus.
• Run

  in-app marketing and retargeting campaigns

  to engage inactive users.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with sales, design, and product teams to launch unified campaigns.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Hand-on experience with tools like HotJar.

Must Haves

• 3+ years

  of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or content-driven campaigns.
• Hands on experience with setting up conversion tracking, campaigns, keyword research on all ad platforms.
• Hands on experience with Google Analytics.
• Must have an experience with working in ecommerce industry.
• Must have an experience in working with product listing on Google and Facebook for ads.
