Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Bing Ads (mandatory) along with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a deep understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Bing Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

• Take complete ownership of Bing Ads campaigns (mandatory expertise)

• Monitor and improve performance metrics including CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions

• Implement and manage attribution models and conversion tracking strategies

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization

• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with business goals

• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

• Mandatory: Proven experience in executing and scaling Bing Ads

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, CTR & ROAS optimization

• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
