Marketing Specialist

• Management of the brand and communication team, individual development and achievement of the goals stipulated in the annual plans.
• Custodian of Brand & Marketing budget for the year and optimal utilization of funds in line with sales development.
• Supplier management and contract administration, payment processes and budget execution according to approved projects.
• Coordination and strategy in fairs and events, including activations, sales conventions and consumer events.
• Strategy and execution of brand and product campaigns in the 360 vision, including the production and availability of content in different languages.
• Responsible for the brand's communication strategy and reputation. Development and management of the PR strategy, including responsibility for influencers, ambassadors, sponsorships, co-branding actions, among others.
• Coordination of support to internal teams and reseller network regarding sell in and sell out materials, material support and cooperative investments.
• Manage channel marketing policies to facilitate cooperative advertising, incentive trips, dealer conferences, merchandising and create trackers for dealer marketing.
• Interface in the guidelines of the Division or Business Unit with responsibility for India & Distributor markets.
• Represent the Marketing team in events, customer meetings and internal forums.
