Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in SEO, email marketing, and ad campaign management to help us scale our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong grasp of digital channels and marketing automation tools.


Key Responsibilities:🔍

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
  • Optimise website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Work with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • ✉️ Email Marketing: Create, manage, and analyse email campaigns for engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Segment lists and personalise email flows using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and content to maximise performance.
  • Monitor key KPIs like open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  • 📈 Ads Campaign Management (Google & Social): Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
  • Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and recommend optimisations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), email marketing platforms, and ad managers.
  • Solid understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, and UTM tracking.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.


Preferred:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
