Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and engaging Online Mentor or Teacher with a strong background in customer service, technical support, and client communication. This role goes beyond traditional support — we need someone who is confident and skilled in conducting live video calls to coach, guide, and present solutions directly to our customers in an online face-to-face format.
